Growlab Online Store Cancellation Policy

At Growlab, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and customer-friendly. Here are the details of our policy:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order for any reason before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at or through the live chat feature on our app to request a cancellation. Provide your order number and any other relevant details.

After Shipment:

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it has been delivered (refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions).

2. Process for Cancellation

Immediate Action:

  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance of stopping the order before it is processed and shipped.


  • Once you request a cancellation, our customer service team will confirm the status of your order and process the cancellation if it has not yet shipped.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Full Refund:

  • If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Special Circumstances

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order for that item. You will receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

Incorrect Orders:

  • If you need to cancel an order due to incorrect details (e.g., wrong shipping address), please contact us immediately to correct the information. If the order has already shipped, follow our return process once you receive it.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

Customized or Personalized Items:

  • Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. These items are made specifically for you, and production starts soon after the order is placed.

6. Changes to Orders


  • If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., add or remove items, change the shipping address), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order is already being processed or shipped.

7. Policy Updates


  • Growlab reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and app, and will apply to orders placed after the policy update.
